Dar Al Aila is situated in the “Domaine des Oliviers”, ideally located a few minutes away from the three golfs: Royal, Amelkis and Al Maaden, on the road of Sidi Abdellah Er Riat. The domain is in direction of the Ourika, 20 minutes away from The Palmeraie by passing the Médina from the North.

Description of the house and the private domain

In a small domain of approximately 4 ha, in the middle of a private park of 4.000 m2, beautifully landscaped and completely un-overlooked, the villa enjoys an absolute calm.

Recently constructed, the house includes all the modern comfort, Wifi internet fiber connection, individual air conditioning, television by satellite in every bedroom etc.. In a luxurious oriental atmosphere, its decoration will transport you during the time of your staying in the purest tradition of Marrakech.

Storey house of 360 m2, around a patio and a large living room, each of the four beautiful bedrooms has its own bathroom and terrace. One of the rooms has two extra beds that give a maximum capacity of 10 people.

A private and heated swimming pool with overflow, a clay tennis court, a petanque ground and tennis table will enhance your stay.

Prices on demand

The price included

The preparation of the rooms, the provision of a housekeeper up to 6 people for the preparation of your meals on the spot breakfast, lunch and service until 17 h. For more than 6 people, an additional cooker is required at a cost of 150 Dhs / day

The price does not include

The transfer from the Airport, the purchase of food for the preparation of your meals, the service of the dinner (supplement 150 Dhs), the heating of the swimming pool (500 Dhs /Day) the provision of a driver, the hiring of cars.

Rental general conditions

Payment is due by transfer a month before the arrival date. The eventual degradations and deteriorations of the furniture will be charged to their replacing value. Animals are forbidden and the domain enjoys a permanent security service.

The Villa is to be occupied in keeping with the quiet, family atmosphere of this small private estate, which comprises eight villas.

The small yellow taxis do not have access to the Domaine.

The cancelation by the renter will be subject to an indemnity fee of 25% from 60 to 45 days, 50% from 45 to 30 days, 100% for less than 30 days.
